Karen Drill partnered with Comagine Health to assess our needs for adding a program evaluation function to our Systemwide Quality Improvement division, including recommendations on how this role would be positioned in the organization, the types of evaluation methods we’d likely use and how we might engage other staff (program, data analysts) to support evaluation activities. Karen asked thoughtful questions and prepared a final report that clearly articulated the key findings of the assessment and a clear path forward. Karen’s approach helped generate staff buy in and had the added benefit of educating our team on program evaluation. We’d definitely work with Karen again.

Karen Drill has worked with the Public Library Association to support analysis of our annual survey of public libraries nationwide. Based on the positive experience working with Karen in 2023, we contracted with her again in 2024 with an expanded scope. Karen's statistical expertise has been essential for the success of the research and data products we produce, and she has helped us create a better model for our data analysis going forward.
